How do I change or cancel a visit?
Plans change, we get that it happens and sometimes it can be last minute. All you need to do is contact your Carer or Helper via the number we provide you when you are onboard. To protect Carers and Helpers we need at least 48 hours’ notice, otherwise, you’ll be charged for the visit.
