Amazing service. My carer is so lovely and always happy to help. Gladys has great communication, speedy set up and have been very patient with some direct debit slip ups my end haha. Would recommend to anyone :)

In August I took early retirement but felt I wanted to do something else for a few hours each week working with people. During my search I came across Gladys on the internet and really liked the sound of them. I filled out some details about myself and a short time later Ellie called me to discuss what I was looking for. She was very friendly and interested in me as a person and I haven’t looked back. I started with a wonderful lady in the Bristol area covering for her carer who was abroad for 2 weeks. I now visit an amazing lady, two afternoons a week, doing light housework, making her supper and chatting over a cup of tea.This is one of the happiest and most fulfilling jobs I have had. All the staff I have come into contact with at Gladys are just brilliant. They literally do everything they say they will do from listening to what it is you are looking for and matching you with suitable clients, to providing good follow up with you and the client to check all is going well. They manage your weekly payments and are so grateful for all you do. They make you feel valued and an important part of the team. I have never been thanked as much as I am in this role. And the icing on the cake is you can choose which jobs you accept and decide how many hours you want to work. It’s win- win for clients and carers alike.
